Was looking for my first gaming PC and was recommended this place. Every interaction was positive and they were genuinely helpful with my nOOb questions where other places had made me feel like an idiot. They now have a customer for life if this is what I am to expect

I normally buy from Amazon but for electronics I check the internet. CCL beat Amazon hands down for price for the Creative Sound card. It arrived on time and is working well. Thank you CCL.

I have used CCL for more than 25 years and always have a positive experience. I have never had any problems with any items purchased. When I ordered an item that was not needed, a return and refund was processed easily and quickly with no questions asked.My most recent purchase was to replace an older PC with a high-spec gaming PC.I am delighted with the result. The ASUS Prime Z590-A Intel Socket 1200 Motherboard was very easily to install and setup. Installing Windows 10 using this motherboard was a little tricky as older versions of the Windows 10 installation media will not work. After downloading a newer version, the installation of Windows was easy. All hardware drivers and utilities can be downloaded and installed using the Armoury Crate app, which is excellent. I also purchased a Samsung 1 TB M.2 SSD, so the new machine is lightning fast.The only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is it took CCL quite a long time to despatch the order, and then only after a little prompting. The equipment arrived four days later than expected. Apart from this, I am delighted with my purchase and will continue to use CCL in the future.

The card does not fit my case so had to use it open. Also seems to not reach full performance that it should do compared to other 3060s.

Sadly The Stardock mSATA enclosure was very poor quality. Screws and bolts for drive mounting did not fit. PCB did not fit case mounts Only 2 things that could go wrong.

They sell items that are not in stock, are very quick to take your money, and very slow to refund. Still waiting for one of their staff to read my refund request and told via their chat it typically takes two weeks! I am out of pocket and my machine is waiting like a brick as I can't install the CPU without the ordered thermal paste = I lost days of work and productivity. Rating should be zero star not 1 star!

Good product. Delivered on time. Although it came with documentation, there are a LOT of user controls. It took days of trial and error to get good results. On line tutorials would be good. Something as simple as "switch to Kodachrome" solved my colour cast problem.

My order was dealt with well and speedy delivery was great. Not impressed how one of their staff treated my friend. They told him he should come to the store to get the brand new Nvidia graphics card, some were available to buy! When he got to the store after rushing there they told him he had to buy it online. Not impressed.
